On April 16, 2006, Storch's on and off girlfriend of four years, Dalene Daniel, gave birth to his second son, Jalen Storch. [3] Dalene Daniel filed a paternity suit against Storch, verifying that he is the father of the baby, and claiming that her only assets are valued at $17,000. She wanted custody and child support. Storch did not respond to the suit and was judged to be the baby's biological father. Storch has also acknowledged that he is the father of a son named Steven Brandon Bellido, 16.
In June 2008, a Miami judge issued a "writ of bodily attachment" that authorized police to arrest Scott Storch. Storch has failed to pay child support for his 2 year old son Jalen.
