Sawda bint Zama ibn Qayyis ibn Abd Shams (Arabic: سودة بنت زمعة) was a wife of Muhammad, and therefore a Mother of the Believers and one of the early converts to Islam. She was of the Quraish tribe on her father's side. Quraish is also the name of a Surah in the Qur'an.
