Ninh Bình is located 91 km from Hanoi and has both rail and road transport links. Hanoi ( Vietnamese: Hà Nội Hán Tự: 河[[wikt 内|内]], estimated population 3398889 (2007, is the Capital of Vietnam Express rail connections with Hanoi in the north and Thanh Hoa and Vinh in the south.
