Mohammad Heydari (Persian: محمد حیدری , born 1939 in Tehran) is a Persian santur player and songwriter. Career
He received santur lessons first from Hossein Saba and, after his death, from Abolhassan Saba. Abolhasan Sabā ( April 15, 1902 - December 19, 1957 ( was a renowned Iranian musician composer Violinist and Setar player He also worked with Abdollah Davami and Haj Agha Mohammad Irani-Mojarrad.
In 1955, he played with Fine Arts Administrations Orchestra (conducted by Abolhassan Saba) in Tehran for one year and after that played with another ensemble in the administration that was led by Nosratollah Golpayegani.
