MIX 94. WLRW (945 FM) is a Radio station broadcasting a Hot Adult Contemporary format 5 (official callsign 6MIX) is a commercial music radio station owned by Austereo in Perth, Western Australia. The station originally began as 6KY, beginning broadcasting on October 23, 1941 and would eventually end up at the frequency 1206 kHz. In March 2007 Mix 94. 5 and sister station 92. 9 moved from premises at 283 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, Western Australia to a new purpose built broadcast centre [seen above] at 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco. Subiaco is an inner western suburb of Perth, Western Australia, situated to the north of Kings Park.

The switch between Mix 94. 5's Rokeby Road studios and the new purpose built broadcast centre in Roberts Road took place at 2pm on Monday March 5. Ian Blackley was the first person to broadcast from the new $8 million digital fitout. The first song he played was "Friday on My Mind" by The Easybeats which was #43 in the "Top 294 Songs For Grown Ups" that Mix 94. 5 was playing across the long weekend.
