A Host Station is a type of railway station on Melbourne's suburban rail network that has the following available during morning peak times (Monday to Friday, 6am-10am):^[1]

• Open toilets
• One or more station hosts (staff who assist passengers with queries and ticketing), or
• An open, staffed customer service centre (booking office), in most cases providing the same services as those of Premium Stations
