Biography

Evans was born in Lakeland, Florida to an Italian-American father and African-American mother, Helene. An Italian American is an American of Italian descent and/or dual citizenship African Americans or Black Americans are citizens or residents of the United States who have origins in any of the black populations of Africa [1] Her father was a musician who left before Evans was even born. 18 year old Helene returned to Newark, New Jersey and raised Faith with the help of Faith's Aunt Johnnie Mae.
